It features a debate between two of the Twentieth Centuries most famous (or infamous, depending on your point of view), John Maynard Keynes, the father of Big Government stimulus/deficit spending economics, and Friedrich Hayek, an Austrian economist who favored market solutions to the boom and bust cycle.
