I’ve been quietly steaming for a little while, not quite sure if I’m more angry over the gradual destruction of the Constitution by the Obamabots and their feckless leader or by the much more insidious destruction of said document by the bureaucrats in the Obama administration.  Hell, even the tried and true lefties like Ted Rall are pissed off at the man.

But this is what got the boiler lighted and the steam building towards a full blown explosion of invective, and mind you, these are the exact words of an appointee of Obama by the name of Norm Eisen:

“First, we will expand the restriction on oral communications to cover all persons, not just federally registered lobbyists.”

This of course flies in the face of the 1st Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now, the last I checked with my cherished friend, objecting to any act of government is and should be protected speech.  But according to Eisen, I can’t participate because I have to “register?”  Mr. Eisen, which part of the Bill of Rights didn’t you understand?.
