		<description>Thanks GM. In terms of casting blame, there&#039;s plenty to go around: Bush, his predecessor Clinton, Congress (Barney, Chris Dodd, Phil Gramm, etc.). But I&#039;d place the lion&#039;s share with the Fed, Greenspan and Bernanke. They were in charge of the inflationary monetary policy that created the bubble that was destined to burst.</description>
